This website is for Lotus Wave Hypnotherapy. I am Nikki Bellerby, a clinical hypnotherapist offering online hypnotherapy sessions.

4. Enquiries and discovery calls
I offer a free 30-minute discovery call so we can discuss your needs and whether hypnotherapy may be appropriate. The call is an opportunity to ask questions and does not oblige you to book sessions.
Contacting me through the website, email, telephone or another communication method does not in itself create a therapist–client relationship or guarantee an appointment. Any sessions are arranged directly with me, subject to availability and suitability.
5. Appointments, fees and client terms
My current session fees and packages are shown on the Pricing page. I will confirm the relevant fees and arrangements with you before any paid sessions are booked.
Before starting hypnotherapy, you will be provided with a separate client agreement covering matters such as session arrangements, payment, cancellations, rescheduling, confidentiality and any applicable cancellation or refund rights. Please read that agreement carefully and ask me about anything that is unclear.
These website terms do not replace the client agreement or limit any rights you have under consumer law. Any changes to published prices will not change the price of a session or package already agreed with you unless we both agree otherwise.
6. Individual experiences and results
People respond to hypnotherapy in different ways. I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, and progress may depend on individual circumstances and engagement with the process.
Any testimonials on this website describe the experiences of individual clients. They are not a promise that everyone will experience the same results.

I aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but services, availability and website content may change. If something is important to your decision to book, please contact me to confirm the details.
